Loukas Katsonis

Loukas Katsonis was born and raised in Thessaloniki. With over 20 years of experience in executive positions and cross-functional experience in the fields of Legal Services, Telecommunications, Retail, and Human Resources, Loukas specializes in business development, operational optimization, and digital transformation.

His studies in Economics, combined with a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Macedonia, allow him to combine technical analysis with people-centered management.

Throughout his career, he has served as a senior executive in Greek and multinational companies, led international projects in collaboration with organizations such as Google, Viber, and LinkedIn, and contributed significantly to business development in more than 30 countries. Through Go-To-Market and Change Management strategies, and by implementing systems such as key performance indicators (KPIs), he aims to simplify processes, manage talent, and ensure effective business policy.

Beyond his administrative work, he has taught Business Administration at the undergraduate and graduate levels. He is also an author of two novels, available in Greece and internationally.
