Labrina Kosta

Labrina was born and raised in Preveza. She graduated from the Law School of the Democritus University of Thrace and continued her studies in the postgraduate program "Informatics and Law" at the University of Macedonia.

She specializes in Real Estate Law, Land Registry Law, and Civil Law, with a particular focus on property transactions and legal due diligence. She has extensive experience in Hellenic Land Registry procedures, enforcement and forfeiture proceedings, and the handling of litigation cases.

In the context of real estate transactions, she has developed expertise in Golden Visa cases, supporting foreign investors in cross-border matters. She is distinguished by her excellent command of English legal terminology and is an Accredited Land Registry Mediator by the Ministry of Justice.

She has been a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2024.
