Ioannis Bempis

Born in Thessaloniki, Ioannis graduated from high school and was subsequently admitted, among the top students, to the Law School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, from which he graduated with honors. During his undergraduate studies, he received a scholarship from the State Scholarships Foundation (IKY) for his academic achievements.
He earned a master’s degree from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) with a
specialization in Public Law, and subsequently continued his academic career in the master’s
program “Public Procurement—Theory and Practice” at Democritus University of Thrace
(DUTH).
During his studies, he represented Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in the International Moot Court Competition on the European Social Charter and Social Rights, successfully advancing to the final round of the competition. He completed the refugee law seminar program, under the auspices of the United Nations (UN) High Commissioner, while also attending numerous other seminars on constitutional law, administrative law, administrative
enforcement, and human rights.
He began his career as a trainee attorney at Rhetor law firm in 2024, where he continues to
work today as an Associate. He is a member of the Thessaloniki Bar Association.
