Angelos Panagopoulos

Born and raised in Athens, he is a graduate of the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a Master's Degree (LLM) in Maritime Law from Cardiff University, Wales.

He has significant experience in the petroleum industry as well as in the fields of commercial, corporate, maritime and administrative law and has dealt extensively with contract law, ship charters and sales, as well as the registration, transfer and renewal of trademarks.

He has worked as an in-house legal advisor providing legal support for a number of years to a large Petroleum Company and has served as an external associate lawyer for Hellenic Petroleum in customs matters.

He is a lawyer admitted to the Supreme Court of Greece, a member of the Athens Bar Association and an Accredited Mediator of the Ministry of Justice in Commercial and Family Law disputes.
